Warranty Coverage

All TISSOVO watches are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

The warranty does not cover:

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TISSOVO. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied:

• 30-day return window from the date of delivery
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Return shipping is covered by TISSOVO for defective or incorrect items
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
• Exchanges for a different model or size are welcome within the same window
