2-Year International Warranty
Every Tissovo Watches timepiece purchased directly from us is covered by a 2-Year International Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty protects against eligible manufacturing defects affecting the movement and functional components of the watch, subject to the terms below.
What Is Covered
Our 2-Year Limited Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects, including:
-
Mechanical or functional failure under normal use
-
Eligible color or finishing defects confirmed to be manufacturing-related
If a warranty claim is approved, Tissovo Watches may, at its discretion, repair the watch or replace the defective component.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Scratches, dents, chips, or cosmetic damage
-
Accidental damage or impact damage
-
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
-
Damage to straps, bracelets, clasps, buckles, or other wearable components caused by use
-
Broken or scratched crystal caused by impact
-
Water damage caused by improper crown operation or use beyond the stated water-resistance rating
-
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, servicing, or opening of the watch
-
Loss or theft
-
Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, or extreme conditions
-
Natural deterioration, fading, or discoloration caused by normal use
Warranty Claims Require Physical Inspection
To process a warranty claim, the watch must be sent to our designated service location for physical inspection.
Photos or videos may be requested initially to help us assess the issue, but they do not replace the required physical inspection when requested by our team.
A warranty repair, replacement, or other resolution can only be confirmed after the watch has been received and inspected.
Warranty Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.
This includes:
-
Shipping the watch to our designated service location
-
Return shipping of the repaired or replacement watch back to the customer
-
Any applicable courier, customs, import, export, tax, or handling charges
Tissovo Watches does not cover inbound or outbound shipping costs for warranty claims unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when sending your watch for inspection.
Tissovo Watches is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged while being shipped to our service location.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Before sending your watch, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide:
-
Your order number
-
Purchaser's name and email address
-
A description of the issue
-
Clear photos and/or video showing the problem
Our team will review the information and provide the correct return instructions and service address.
Do not send your watch without receiving return instructions from our Customer Service Team first.
Warranty Inspection
Once the watch is received, our team will inspect it to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under the warranty.
If the issue is covered, Tissovo Watches may:
-
Repair the watch
-
Replace the defective component
If the issue is found to be caused by accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification, or another non-covered condition, the warranty claim may be declined.
The warranty applies to genuine Tissovo Watches purchased directly through the official Tissovo Watches website or an authorized Tissovo Watches sales channel.
Important
Sending a watch to Tissovo Watches does not automatically mean the warranty claim has been approved.
All claims are subject to inspection and verification of the reported defect.
