TISSOVO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TISSOVO, we commit to exceptional craftsmanship and complete satisfaction. If your timepiece does not meet your expectations, we gladly offer a complimentary 14-day return and exchange window.

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, all returns must strictly meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The watch must be in pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition. It must show no signs of wear, scratches, or sizing adjustments (such as link removals).
Packaging: The item must be returned in its complete original packaging, including the leather presentation box, protective plastic wraps, tags, instruction manual, and the official warranty card. 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of wear or are missing original documentation.*

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Contact our client concierge team at support@tissovo.com with your order number.
2. Once your request is authorized, we will send you a complimentary, pre-printed, and fully insured return shipping label.
3. Securely pack your timepiece in its original presentation box and place it inside a sturdy shipping box to avoid damage during transit.

3. REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Inspection: Once received at our facility, all returned timepieces undergo a rigorous inspection process by our quality control experts to verify their original condition.
Timeline: Inspection and processing typically take 3 to 5 business days from arrival.
Credit: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your timepiece for a different variant or leather strap style, please notify our team when initiating your request. Exchanges are processed smoothly and are subject to stock availability.
